Are your anime GK figures authentic?

Yes, all our anime GK figures are 100% authentic and come directly from various reputable studios. We take pride in providing our customers with genuine products to ensure a premium collecting experience.

What does Pre-Order / Ready to Ship / Cast-Off mean?

For Pre-Order items, the estimated release date is mentioned in the product description.

Ready to Ship means that the GK Figurine has been released by the studio and is currently in stock, ready to be shipped to your preferred address.

Cast-Off figurines have removable clothing or accessories. These figures are designed so that parts of the outfit can be detached, revealing additional details of the character's body underneath. This feature is typically aimed at adult collectors, as it adds a layer of interactivity and display options to the figurine.

How does the order process work for pre-orders?

After you have made payment for the product, we will wait for the studio to release it. Once the product is released, we will begin the shipping process, and you will receive a tracking ID via the email provided in your account.

The shipping fee is free of charge.

When will the studio release the product?

In each product page, there will be an estimated/expected period of release. You may refer to the following breakdown for more information:

Q1 = First quarter of the year (Jan - Mar)

Q2 = Second quarter of the year (Apr - Jun)

Q3 = Third quarter of the year (Jul - Sep)

Q4 = Last quarter of the year (Oct - Dec)

Do note that the timeline is only an estimation and may subject to early or delayed release. Once your product is ready for release, we will inform you in a timely manner.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not been processed for shipping. Once the order has been paid to the studio, we won't be able to make any changes.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging your orders to prevent any damage during transit. However, in the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the package. We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging for further assistance. OtakuKrafts will do our best to assist you, however, we are not liable for any damages during the shipment.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

As we are acting on behalf of you as an agent with the various studios, we are unable to proceed with any returns or exchanges.
